Pro tip: Book for the early part of your stay in case the weather causes a cancellation. This way, you've allowed yourself some possible opportunities to get on another flight before departing. A little flexibility in your plans is very helpful!
PLEASE NOTE:
Our new booking software requires a nominal and fully refundable deposit of about $25-$30 per person depending upon which season you're flying during. You'll pay the remaining balance after you've actually flown with us. Should weather cause us to cancel your flight and you're unable to reschedule, then 100% of this deposit will be returned to you since we initiated that cancellation for safety reasons. The way the billing appears during booking can be confusing to some the way it's presented. However, you're paying the flat rate of our pricing shown here on our website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a boutique aviation experience with limited availability, we expect and need passengers to show up on time for scheduled flight bookings. Our cancellation policy goes into effect 7 days prior to your scheduled flight time. You are welcome to make ANY changes to or cancel your reservation BEFORE this time with no penalty or charges of any kind.
If at any time the pilot or Above Reality Inc. cancels the flight for reasons of safety, weather or otherwise, the passengers do not pay for the flight. Inside the 7 day pre-flight window, ANY changes, cancellations or no-shows, will result in charges to the card on file at booking in the following manner:
- 100% charge for all cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight time
- 75% charge for all cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled flight time
- 50% charge for all cancellations made between 48-72 hours prior to your scheduled flight time
- 25% charge for all cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to your scheduled flight time.
- Gift certificate holders will simply forfeit their certificate with any cancellations inside of 24-hours or have a partial balance if cancelled between 48-24 hours prior to scheduled flight time.
- Please email abovereality@gmail.com if you need to cancel and include your Order Number and/or last name under which the booking was made.

Reservations within 24-hours of flight time can not be made on our online system.
Inside this time SEND US A TEXT MESSAGE and we will check availability.
If we have the space available, we will either call you or send you instructions on how to reserve a spot. If we don’t have space available, we will also try and let you know that in most cases.
