We try and respond to all requests within 1-2 business days. During busy points of the season, it may take us longer. But we do diligently try and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. The only exception to this is donation requests. Because we receive an overwhelming number of requests for donations, these will only be answered if we have further inquiries about the request.
